  Recently,electricity demand has been increased.To cope with the increase of electricity demand,High voltage DC (HVDC) high temperature superconductor (HTS) power cable are considered.HVDC HTS power cables are being developed to transfer large electric power over long distance.It can deliver almost its critical current because the AC loss is not generated.The key components such as stop joint box (SJB) and terminations are being developed by KERI targeting 250 kV/10 kA class which can deliver 2.5 GW.
