  细胞可以快速地感受和回应细胞内能量状态的波动。在哺乳动物细胞和酵母中能量状态分别由一磷酸腺苷激活的蛋白激酶AMPK和Snf1感应。在大多数生物中,能量主要来源于葡萄糖,葡萄糖的缺失会降低细胞内的能量水平并激发能量感应激酶Snf1/AMPK,由此引发自噬,这对处在营养匮乏和低能量状态下细胞存活是一个重要的胞内过程。在这次研讨会上,我将就能量缺乏诱导自噬的调节的最新进展进行讨论。
