目的:评估环肺静脉消融策略进行房颤射频消融术的阵发性房颤患者术后情况,并尝试筛选消融术房颤复发的危险因素和预测因子.方法:入选213例阵发性房颤患者,其中男158例(74.2％),平均年龄55.0±11.3岁.入选者均为药物治疗效果不佳的阵发性房颤患者并于我院接受首次房颤射频消融手术,消融策略采取双侧环肺静脉消融(CPVI).

目的:心房颤动(房颤)是临床最常见的心律失常,房颤血栓的形成导致缺血性脑卒中及系统性栓塞的风险明显增加.大量研究证明房颤可能通过内皮功能障碍导致血栓形成.而且各种内皮功能障碍的生化标志物与房颤的分型具有密切关系.

目的:检测同型半胱氨酸在非瓣膜性心房颤动患者中的表达水平,并探讨其临床意义,以及同型半胱氨酸与LAD,及与LVEF之间的相关关系.方法:入选2013年1月至6月,我院心内科房颤中心的住院患者,其中阵发心房颤动患者220例,持续心房颤动患者168例.选取同期入院的阵发性室上性心动过速患者作为对照组(150例).
