A fast matching algorithm of bidirectional linear interpolation based on the epipolar constraint

  The stereo matching is the key process in the measurement technique of binocular stereo vision,which is based on the linear structured-light.Due to the correspondence accuracy affects the reconstruction accuracy directly,so the stereo matching is necessary.For this,this paper proposes a fast matching algorithm based on the epipolar constraint,whose basic idea is bidirectional linear interpolation.This method treats the left and right central points as the basic points respectively to find the matching points through the interpolation,and then fuses the data to repair the breakpoints and remove the redundant data.The experimental results show that compared with the common algorithms,this algorithm can repair the breakpoints effectively,the matching accuracy of this algorithm is higher and the speed improves two to three times.
