为了推广应用轻质混凝土楼板,本文以一幢2层预制混凝土结构实际工程为背景,通过足尺轻质混凝土楼板开展了单调静力荷载试验,对楼板的裂缝分布、破坏形态、位移延性等进行了较系统的研究。试验结果表明轻质混凝土楼板的破坏过程与普通混凝土梁的是一致的,具体表现为受拉钢筋屈服后翼缘板顶部混凝土压碎,呈弯曲破坏模式;轻质混凝土楼板表现出较好的延性,其延性系数不小于8.5。研究成果可为轻质混凝土楼板的推广应用提供技术依据。
In order to popularize the application of lightweight concrete floor, this paper takes a 2-story prefabricated concrete structure as the background and carries out monotonic static load test through full-size light-weight concrete floor. The crack distribution, failure mode, displacement ductility and so on A more systematic study. The test results show that the failure process of lightweight concrete slab is the same as that of ordinary concrete beams, which is characterized by the crushing of the concrete at the top of the flange plate after yielding of the tensioned steel bar and the bending failure mode; the lightweight concrete slab shows good ductility , Its ductility coefficient is not less than 8.5. The research results can provide technical basis for the popularization and application of lightweight concrete floor.
