  Production process of manufacturing enterprise,which directly consumes resource and causes environmental pollution,is an important stage in product life cycle.For the diversification of manufacturing processes and complexity of environmental impact factor,it still lacks effective method for environmental impact appraisal of product production process.In this paper,a evaluate index system based on process IPO model and a kind of resource and environmental attribution appraisal model based on the data envelopment analytic method (DEA) for production process are established.This model regards each possible manufacture unit as decision-making unit in DEA,introduces the quantity of pollutant in the appraisal model as one kind of inputs,and quantitatively appraises resource and environmental attribution of production process.A case study of valve body manufacturing is discussed,which confirmed the validity and feasibility of the method and model.
