鱼类肌间刺发育的信号调控通路

肌间刺是鱼类特有的膜性硬骨,位于肌间隔中,在胚后阶段由结蒂组织膜骨化而成.目前关于肌间刺的作用还存在争议,人们对肌间刺发育的信号调控通路也还一无所知.通过比较鳗鲡、鲢、唇鱼骨、瓯江彩鲤、斑马鱼胚后发育过程中的肌间刺骨化模式,发现不同运动方式的鱼类,其骨化模式不同,表明其可能与运动方式相关.
