To study the characteristics of the distribution of P-substance (SP) in rat colon with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (C-IBS), and explore the correlation with motor disorder of colon.The C-IBS model was created in rats by gastric instillation of cool water daily for 15 days, then the colon were stimulated by gradiently distension and detect the abdominal reflex (ADR).
