  To find which vibration mode probably becomes an access for electron transfer from donor(C343)to acceptor(TiO2),when there is ultra electron transfer occurring,and the configuration of donor can not have enough time to reach to Quasi-thermal equilibrium state[1] and to provide how the electron injects into CB of TiO2,the RRS spectral method and quantum chemical calculations are employed to reveal the six different structure that may be existed and spectral properties of Coumarin 343(C343)absorbed on TiO2 surfaces,which is an ideal candidate for organic dye photosensitizers[2].
