This study focuses on characteristics of a single bottleneck flow-shop problem in the crop cultivation line and suggests an optimized bottleneck decomposition scheduling method.The main objective is to minimize job completion time in the crop's cultivation line.The whole scheduling problem for the crop's cultivation line can be achieved by using this suggested method.Compared with other scheduling methods, the proposed scheduling method can be verified to obtain better scheduling performance with fast convergence speed and optimized algorithm running time.What's more, the suggested scheduling method performs better especially under the circumstance of high bottleneck degree and increased number of jobs.The suggested optimized bottleneck decomposition scheduling method has been applied to a crop cultivation factory and can be shown to obtain better scheduling performance.
