Many organic pollutants in environmental waters,such as diverse pesticides,estradiols,bisphenol A,etc,often tend to exhibit high toxicity even at low concentrations,which will innevitably bring great potential threat towards our environmental safety and human health.[1] Therefore,how to realize high sensitive detecting,high specific monitoring and high effective and selective oxidation controlling of such organic pollutants is of great significance and has very important theoretical and actual meanings in the field of environment protection and risk assessment.
