　　Melanin not only has the significant physiological function in the growth of insect but also in fungi and bacteria.Tyrosinase is the key enzyme in the formation of melanin,which distributed in animals,plants and microbias.Therefore,inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase or controlling the biosythesis of melanin is a potent way to find new agrochemicals.Our previous work found PMDD-5Y,one of thiosemicarbazone analogues,not only has tyrosinase inhibitory activity but also has antifungal activity.However,the low solubility of PMDD-5Y in organic solvent is not favourable for pesticide formulations.As a hydrophobic fragments,piperidine play an important role in pesticide and medicine industry.Piperidine derivatives have been studies extensively by organic chemists due to their various biological properties.
