目的 :揭示热休克蛋白 72 (HSP72 )介导的胃粘膜保护的细胞机制。方法 :运用免疫细胞化学方法 ,在透射电镜下观察幽门螺杆菌 (Hp) (+)和Hp(- )的十二指肠球部溃疡 (DU)患者胃粘膜中HSP72 的细胞内分布情况。结果 :Hp(+)患者HSP72 多分布于核 ,而Hp(- )患者HSP72 则多分布于胞质 ,且多定位于高尔基复合体和内质网。结论 :HSP72 介导的胃粘膜的细胞保护机制可能是通过HSP72 在胞质和核的迁移来实现的。
Objective: To reveal the cellular mechanism of heat shock protein 72 (HSP72) -mediated gastric mucosal protection. Methods: Immunocytochemistry was used to observe the intracellular distribution of HSP72 in gastric mucosa of patients with duodenal ulcer (DU) with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) (+) and Hp (-) under the transmission electron microscope. Results: Hsp (+) patients were mostly distributed in the nuclei of HSP72, while Hp (-) patients were more distributed in the cytoplasm of HSP72, and more located in the Golgi complex and the endoplasmic reticulum. Conclusion: HSP72-mediated mechanism of gastric mucosal cell protection may be through the HSP72 in the cytoplasm and nuclear migration to achieve.
