The visual and ocular complications of vitamins and their derivatives and other cosmeceuticals are very common and the relationship between these compounds and their side effects often not diagnosed.The complications with botulinium toxin,hyaluronic acids and aesthetic mesotherapy are also frequent and sometimes severe.It is why the knowledge of the existence and the recognition of the complications are important parts of the training.Common and less common situations will be reviewed and illustrated by some remarkable clinical cases.The management of these complications will be explained and different options will be proposed.Advises to avoid complications will be given.
