饮茶的保健作用自古以来就有记载。公元7世纪《,本草纲目》首次报道了茶的医药作用。近年来,一些国外(特别是日本和美国)的科学家均发现了茶对健康的有益影响,并对茶叶的防癌和心血管保护作用进行了深入研究。我国许多学者也进行了茶叶保健作用的研究并取得了可喜成绩,提出了一些可能的机理。但与大量的体外和动物实验资料相比,人体试验资料尚比较欠缺。
The health care of tea has been recorded since ancient times. The seventh century AD, “Compendium of Materia Medica” for the first time reported the medicinal effect of tea. In recent years, some foreign scientists (especially Japan and the United States) have found that tea has a beneficial effect on health and conducted an in-depth study on the anti-cancer and cardiovascular protective effects of tea. Many scholars in our country also carried out the research on tea health care and made gratifying achievements, and put forward some possible mechanisms. However, compared with a large number of experimental data in vitro and in vivo, human test data is still relatively scarce.
