Objective:To study the otoscopic,tympanometric changes and curative effect of intranasal pulmonary surfactant (PS) drops on OME in guinea pigs.Methods:Hemophilus influenzae solution was injected into the tympanum to establish models of OME.10 animals were selected as normal controls;10 in the model-control group,10 in the saline-treated group and 11 in the PS-treated group.
