Objective: To evaluate the long-term survival results in patientswith small hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treated with percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA), and assess the prognostic factors influence its long-term therapeutic results.Methods: Between May 2000 and May 2012, 837 patients with single hepatocellular carcinoma nodule ≤3 cm, Child-pugh A/B, HBV Objective were enrolled in this study.We evaluated the effectiveness rates, local tumor progression rates, survival rates, and complications.We also assessed the prognostic factors of the survival rates.
