本文对废气涡轮增压柴油机在高背压、高真空度条件下的工作过程进行了优化计算和优化方法的研究,建立了两种柴油机工作过程的优化模型,并编制了相应的优化计算程序。用这两种方法对6PA6—280柴油机在水下的工作性能进行了优化,取得了良好的效果,证明建立的模型和计算程序是可靠的,达到了优化的目的。为6PA6—280废气涡轮增压柴油机在潜艇上的应用提供了最优的参考数据。计算结果符合国外近期实验研究的发展趋势。
In this paper, the working process of exhaust gas turbocharged diesel engine under high backpressure and high degree of vacuum was optimized and the optimization method was studied. Two optimization models of diesel engine working process were established and corresponding optimization calculation program was compiled. These two methods are used to optimize the working performance of 6PA6-280 diesel engine under water and achieved good results. It proves that the established model and calculation program are reliable and achieve the goal of optimization. 6PA6-280 exhaust turbocharged diesel submarine applications provide the best reference data. The calculation results are in line with the recent development of experimental research in foreign countries.
