目的 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期多存在凝血功能障碍,极易诱发或加重心力衰竭,同时合并或加重呼吸衰竭致肺性脑病等严重合并症,低分子肝素对提高COPD临床疗效,改善高黏血症,降低红细胞数量和红细胞压积及纤维蛋白水平,具有明显的抗血栓形成的作用.

目的 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期多存在凝血功能障碍,极易诱发或加重心力衰竭,同时合并或加重呼吸衰竭致肺性脑病等严重合并症,低分子肝素对提高COPD临床疗效,改善高黏血症,降低红细胞数量和红细胞压积及纤维蛋白水平,具有明显的抗血栓形成的作用.
