Purpose:Critical limb ischemia (CLI) due to peripheral arterial disease (PAD) not only impairs QOL but also causes life threatening ischemic gangrene.Peripheral blood mononuclear cell transplantation (PBMCT) and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) were performed for CLI patients to assess the safety and efficacy of the treatments.To further analyze the effect of HBO,mouse model of hindlimb ischemia was used.
