Functional proteomics allows mechanism research of diseases from the dynamic,holistic perspective protein level.In this researchwe based on human liver protein program in Beijing proteome research center and on the mice liver protein covering the wholespectrum of the transcription factor(TF) and ubiquitin E3 ligase(E3) for genetic studies on liver function.
