Objective: Endothelium integrity is a critical parameter of hemostasis and thrombosis.Previous studies have shown PECAM-1/PECAM-1 homophilic interactions are important to steady-state endothelial cell barrier stability.The purpose of this study is to examine whether the homophilic adhesive properties of PECAM-1could be regulated, and promote recovery of endothelium by antibody-driven of PECAM-1.
