Raf-1激酶抑制蛋白(Raf-1 kinase inhibitor protein,RKIP)在多个细胞信号转导通路中起着关键性的调控作用,并且与多种肿瘤密切相关,已经发展成肿瘤标志物.我们利用AUTODOCK软件从现有的药物分子库里筛选出4种与RKIP有较强相互作用的药物,Suramin,Clofazimine,Glimepiride,Pranlukast.并利用荧光光谱和NMR技术研究了这些配体与RKIP的相互作用强度和结合位点.荧光实验研究表明,它们的解离常数Kd分别为:3.6 uM,2.32 uM,0.74 uM,5.17 uM.
