目的 吻合口瘘是腹腔镜根治性全胃切除术后的严重并发症之一，影响患者的预后。本文通过回顾与总结腹腔镜下全胃切除术后吻合口瘘的临床诊治经验，以提高胃癌术后吻合口瘘的诊疗水平，改善患者预后。
