Phase change memory(PCM)is a storage technology with phase material,whose advantages include non-volatility,higher density,lower energy,better scalability,and so on.The main problem of PCM is the write limitation of the cell.To address this issue,recent works are focused on optimizing write operation and wear-leveling,which cannot resist the malicious attack of wearing out the PCM cells quickly.In this paper,we propose a novel wear-leveling method for PCM,which divides the whole PCM memory into two levels,different levels have separate random mapping table so as to convert the logic addresses of the cells to the physical addresses.
