本文研究了取向对定向凝固镍基高温合金性能的影响。在柱状晶生长的<001>方向,中温(760℃)、高温(980℃)持久断裂寿命和延伸率最高,弹性模量E最低。随取向偏离<001>加大,中温持久断裂寿命随之急剧降低,E随之提高,当偏离45°时持久寿命最低,弹性模量最高。偏角进一步增大至90°(横向),中温持久寿命较45°时有些提高,弹性模量逐渐降低。本文对上述规律作了解释。
In this paper, the effect of orientation on the performance of directional solidification Ni-based superalloy was investigated. In the <001> direction of columnar crystal growth, the long-term rupture lifetime and elongation at medium temperature (760 ° C) and high temperature (980 ° C) are the highest, and the elastic modulus E is the lowest. As the orientation deviates from <001>, the long-term rupture life at medium temperature decreases sharply with the increase of E, and the lowest lasting life span and the highest elastic modulus when deviating from 45 °.
