Yield monitoring system is the key component for the development of precision agriculture capabilities. Objective of this study was to determine the suitability of multiple data processing and transmission performance of various sensors attached to the yield monitoring system for small sized field. In this research, data obtained from different sensors such as grain moisture content based on grain flow sensor, cutting width sensor, GPS, and vehicle speed sensor were considered as the measurement factors.Data from the sensors were processed through wire or wireless by using the ATmega128 and Zigbee.According to the specifications of the developing combine, samples were taken on every 1.2 seconds for each factor to create the 2 m x 2 m sized yield map.In order to improve the accuracy of each sampled data, error parts were removed using statistical method and the position of each module was changed. From the experimental results, although 90% of accuracy was found before and after removal of errors, after removal of errors and changing sensor module position maximum error was reduced to 5%.
