The incidence of the distal phalangeal fractures is highest in hand fractures. but the treatment of the distal phalangeal fractures is still not satisfactory, it is also a lack of effective methord, Dacruzstatistics showed that only 47%of the distal phalangeal fractures could be healed within 6 months after the injuryof the fingers. After the treatment, most patients still haddiscomfort in six months, and need help in their work and.In clinical，we had similar experince, we hope to find an effective method for treatment of fractures of the distal phalanx, Then healing time could be shortened.
