　　Conventional interleaved structure can reduce leakage inductance greatly,but it cannot be used in high-voltage application because of the problem of electric insulation.In this paper,a partly interleaved structure is used to reduce leakage inductance and insulations thickness is adjusted to optimize electric insulation.Based on the method above,a planar transformer used for TWTA(Travelling-wave Tube Amplifier)is designed.Calculations of leakage inductances and simulations in Comsol Multiphysics show the effectiveness of this method.
