目的：观察并探讨褚实子对大鼠慢性脑供血不足后认知能力的影响及其保护机制。方法：采用双侧颈总动脉永久性结扎法制作慢性脑供血不足模型。将36只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组,每组12只：假手术组(Sham,S)、模型组(Model,M)、褚实子组(Fructus broussonetiae,F)。于造模后即刻给药至第42天取材,第36天至42天采用Morris水迷宫评价大鼠认知能力。取材后应用蛋白免疫印迹法(Western Blot)检测大鼠脑组织中突触素(Synaptophysin,syn)、微管相关蛋白-2(Microtubule Associated Protein-2,MAP-2)及小胶质细胞特异性标记物(Iba-1)、M1极化标记物-iNOS、M2极化标记物-Arg1的表达并进行组间比较。
