施氏假单胞菌F4对AFB1降解产物的分离鉴定

施氏假单胞菌F4是一株能高效生物降解黄曲霉毒素B1(Aflatoxin B1,AFB1)的菌株.为了了解F4生物降解AFB1的机理,采用HPLC对经二氯甲烷萃取分离的降解液进行柱分离,并利用飞行时间质谱(Q-TOF)对降解产物可能的结构进行分析.
