：
糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)是常见于糖尿病患者的胃肠道慢性并发症,严重影响着糖尿病病人的消化与吸收功能.引起糖尿病胃轻瘫的原因有很多,但其损伤的确切机制尚不清楚.本文研究了胃肠道局部肽类激素利尿钠肽(natriuretic peptides,NPs)家族在糖尿病胃轻瘫中的作用及其机制.
