目的:探讨参附注射液对离体大鼠胸主动脉血管环的作用及作用机制。方法:采用离体血管灌流方法,观察参附注射液对血管环的直接作用、对肾上腺素和氯化钾所引发收缩作用的影响及对乙酰胆碱(Ach)所引发舒张作用的影响。结果:各浓度参附注射液对完整内皮和无内皮血管环均有一定的收缩作用,100~200 m l/L参附注射液对血管环有收缩作用;200 m l/L参附注射液对KC1和NE引发的收缩有一定的抑制作用;对Ach所引发的舒张作用有明显的抑制。结论:参附注射液既对离体血管环有直接收缩作用,并抑制Ach所引发的舒张作用,又能抑制NE和KC1引发的血管环收缩作用,这可能与其升压和稳定血压的作用有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection on isolated rat thoracic aortic rings and its mechanism. Methods: The effects of Shenfu injection on the vascular rings, the effects of epinephrine and potassium chloride on contractile responses and the effects of acetylcholine (Ach) on diastolic function were observed by means of isolated vascular perfusion. Results: Shenfu injection at various concentrations had a certain contractile effect on intact endothelium and no endothelium. 100 ~ 200 ml / L Shenfu injection had a contractile effect on the vascular ring; and 200 ml / L Shenfu injection had no effect on KC1 And NE-induced contraction has a certain degree of inhibition; Ach induced relaxation was significantly inhibited. Conclusion: Shenfu injection not only has direct contractile effect on isolated vascular rings, but also inhibits the relaxation induced by Ach and inhibits the contraction of vascular rings induced by NE and KC1, which may be related to the effects of increasing blood pressure and stabilizing blood pressure .
