  The adenosine phosphates including adenosine 5-monophosphate (AMP), adenosine 5-diphosphate (ADP), and adenosine 5-triphosphate (ATP) are important biomolecules that provide energy for life activities.And accurate determination of AMP, ADP and ATP concentrations is frequently used for assessment of the energetic state in living body.At present, the commonly used method for determination of adenosine phosphates are mostly ion-pairing HPLC, which need expensive reagent, and complicated operation.For adenosine phosphates are extremely polar molecules, Ion Chromatography(IC) maybe a good method for separation of these compounds.
