  In this article, arctigenin was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide.The extracts were degreased by simply method and high pure arctigenin(99.66%) was obtained.The extracts were analyzed by HPLC.Some experiments were made about effects of factors on AEW (fig.l-fig.4).In the end, the optimal extraction conditions were: pressure 35MPa, temperature 40℃, flow rate of CO2 6.0L/h, extraction time 50min.Under the optimal conditions, the extracts were degreased simply and analyzed by HPLC.Then high pure arctigenin (99.66%) was obtained, and the extraction ratio was 0.45%.It was 4 times of that by the traditional solvent-column chromatography.
