目的评估感觉统合训练在脑瘫中的应用价值。方法对92例脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组58例和对照组34例,两组患儿都进行运动疗法、智力训练、针灸、理疗、静滴护脑药物,每日一次;治疗组加感觉统合训练1次/天,20分/次,30天为1疗程,两组均治疗3个月,疗效评估采用Gesell发育量表中大运动项发育商。结果对照组显效11例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率67.6%,治疗组显效36例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率86.2%,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.001),对照组、治疗组大运动DQ分别由60.1±17.7分、59.0±15.0分提高到69.4±18.4分、77.8±17.3分,2组治疗前后大运动DQ提高有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组治疗后大运动DQ比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论感觉统合训练能提高脑瘫患儿运动能,值得临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the value of sensory integration training in cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 92 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group (58 cases) and control group (34 cases). Two groups of children received exercise therapy, mental training, acupuncture and moxibustion, physical therapy and intravenous drip medication once daily. The training was performed once / day, 20 minutes / time and 30 days for one course of treatment. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The evaluation of the effect was based on the development of large-scale athletes in the Gesell Scale. Results In the control group, 11 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 67.6%. In the treatment group, 36 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases effective, 8 ineffective and the total effective rate was 86.2%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). In the control group and treatment group, the DQ of large exercise increased from 60.1 ± 17.7 and 59.0 ± 15.0 to 69.4 ± 18.4 and 77.8 ± 17.3, respectively <0.05). There was significant difference (P <0.05) between the treatment group and the control group after exercise. Conclusions Sensory integration training can improve the motor energy of children with cerebral palsy and is worthy of clinical application.
