　　This research compared the effect of HPCD to dry E.coli with E.coli suspension, detected the activity of H+-ATPase in E.coli, used automatic analyzer for amino acids and SEM to analyze E.coli.The results showed the conclusion: the Sterilization Mechanism of E.coli by HPCD doesnt take effect by a specific mechanism, its affected by explosion, extract and acidize mechanism.
