Enhancing light trapping in the photoanode of nanostructured solar cells is one of the most significant methods to enhance light absorption efficiency in the nanostructured electrodes [1].Typically nanostructured photoanodes consist of nano-sized particle with high surface area and ignorable scattering cross section in visible range of spectrum. In order to enhance light harvesting efficiency in solar cells it is common to employ scattering centers either on top of the mesoporous layer as bilyaer or embedded in active medium. For the aim of analyze the average behavior of scattering agents considering different configurations,we have simulated the interaction of light inside the layers using Monte-Carlo method(MC)[2].
