With increasing frequency of international exchanges,the development trend of internationalization of higher education has also become widely accepted.How to construct internationalized Universal English curriculum system has become an important subject to the local science and engineering institutions.To accomplish the construction of the curriculum,we must have a transdisciplinary view on the Universal English,which is not a traditional College English but contains all the internationalized curriculums during the university periods.
