Purposes The goal of this report is to stress the diagnosis suspicion of jaundice and recurrent acute pancreatitis as a result of carcinoma of pancreatic head, especially when clinical and laboratory improvement is not obvious after proper and regular medical treatment.And it is essential to re-examine the whole case by reason of discrepancy between diagnosis and clinical manifestations.
