We Modified the ternary mixture design on polymerizable liquid crystal by using DOE(Design of Experimental) method based on QbD(Quality by Design) concept.Mg2-2xSnxO2(0.1≤x≤0.9)powders were prepared through solid-state reaction with SnO2 and MgO in different molar ratio by high-energy ball milling.The effects of the Mg content in the sample on its crystal structure and morphology were investigated.X-ray diffraction(XRD) was used to characterize the obtained powders which demonstrated rutile structure despite at the very high magnesium concentration.It can be obtained with a relative change in lattice parameter,particle size and lattice strain after post-thermal annealing in air atmosphere for 3h at 1200℃.Furthermore, analysis of morphological characters was carried out on different samples by the use of scanning electron microscope(SEM).The samples were slightly uneven and gathered together by high-energy ball milling,but dispersion appeared after post-annealing processing.
