本研究以人工半合成低硒低磷脂饲料,饲养豚鼠两个月,对照组为人工半合成饲料。两组豚鼠均作血清酶学检查和肝脏的电镜观察。结果及讨论血清酶学检查,低硒低磷脂组和对照组比,GOT(谷草转氨酶)明显上升,ALP(碱性磷酸酶)明显下降,LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)轻度下降,而GPT(谷丙转氨酶)差异不显著。当肝细胞有损伤时,转氨酶释放于血中,故血中转氨酶升高。但GPT对肝功能测定较敏感,GOT在心肌损伤或心肌梗死时更敏感。GOT和GPT上升的程度和肝细胞障碍的程度不一定平行。低硒低磷脂豚鼠肝细胞之电镜观察,尚未查到有关报导。电镜下,和对照组比,肝细胞核无明显改变。
In this study, artificial selenium synthesis of low-phospholipid diet, feeding guinea pigs for two months, the control group of artificial semi-synthetic feed. Two groups of guinea pigs were examined by serum enzymology and liver electron microscopy. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Serum enzymological examination revealed a significant increase in GOT (aspartate aminotransferase), a significant decrease in ALP (alkaline phosphatase), a slight decrease in LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), and a decrease in GPT ( Alanine aminotransferase) difference was not significant. When liver cells are damaged, transaminases are released in the blood, so elevated transaminases in the blood. However, GPT is more sensitive to liver function tests and GOT is more sensitive to myocardial injury or myocardial infarction. The extent to which GOT and GPT rise is not necessarily parallel to the degree of hepatocellular dysfunction. Low-selenium low-phospholipid guinea pig hepatocytes electron microscopy, has not been found about the report.
