  Phononic crystal is a kind of periodic functional materials.The bandgap,a distinguishable feature of these materials which is a frequency range where the propagation of the elastic wave is prohibited has aroused great interest recently.As a result,phononic crystals are beneficial to the advanced applications such as wave filters,sound barriers etc.In this paper,we design a two-dimensional phononic crystal slab with rotational cross-like holes,as shown in Fig.1.It is seen that the rotational cross-like holes result in bending beams.For comparison,we also consider a system with square holes (Fig.2) which has the same porosity as the system in Fig.1.
