Objectives The present study was designed to investigate the effect of liver X receptors (LXRs) on ischaemia reperfusion induced injury in isolated rat heart and to explore the mechanism whether attenuate the ischaemia reperfusion injury by improving myocardial energy metabolism.

目的 了解我院特殊使用级抗菌药物的临床使用情况和存在问题,为特殊使用级抗菌药的合理应用提供科学依据.方法 回顾性调查分析我院201 1年1月～2012年12月各临床科室使用特殊使用级抗菌药物的住院病历89例.
目的 评价我院临床药师干预骨科髋、膝关节置换手术围术期患者抗菌药物预防性应用的效果.方法 采用回顾性方法,对我院2011年7～12月(干预前)和2012年7～12月(干预后)骨科行髋、膝关节置换手术住院患者归档病历资料进行统计、分析.结果 通过对围术期预防用抗菌药物进行干预,抗菌药物的不合理使用率从89.5％降至11.5％,人均抗菌药物费用从1456.7元降至69.6元.
