共轭梯度法在超声速燃烧室壁面热流测量中的应用

本文采用考虑材料热物性变化的共轭梯度法求解了三维瞬态热传导逆问题.通过共轭梯度法,用测得的燃烧室外壁面温度反演内壁面的热流和温度.对温度测量误差在反演结果精度上的影响进行了数值分析,结果表明当温度测量误差幅值小于±5K时,反演结果与真实热流吻合得很好.在直连式超声速燃烧试验台上进行了试验,通过共轭梯度法用测得的外壁温度反演得到了内壁热流.反演结果与高温热流传感器直接测量的热流吻合得很好,最大偏差小于5%.运用共轭梯度法以及红外热像技术,反演获得了燃烧室局部区域的内壁热流二维分布.本文的数值和试验结果都验证了改进后的共轭梯度法在超声速燃烧室壁面热流测量中的可行性与可靠性.
