  波长小于300 nm 的深紫外光源由于其波长短、光子能量高,可以广泛应用在高密度数据存储、空气和水源净化、食品消毒等领域。目前广泛采用的深紫外光源主要有汞灯、氙灯和金属卤化物灯,这些光源由于其体积大,寿命短,效率低等不利因素给实际应用带来了极大的不便,同时这些传统紫外光源还存在潜在的重金属污染等问题。
