目的:观察增液润燥汤对诱导型干燥综合征小鼠唾液腺的的影响,方法:采用注射百日咳疫苗+完全弗氏佐剂+同种鼠颌下腺抗原的方法建立诱导型干燥综合征小鼠模型,给予中药增液润燥汤灌胃,并以环戊硫酮对照,观察其对小鼠唾液流率、颌下腺指数及腺体的组织学变化的影响。结果:增液润燥汤组、环戊琉酮组小鼠的唾液流率均较模型组则增加(P<0.05),增液润燥汤组与环戊琉酮组比较,唾液流率无明显差异。模型组小鼠颌下腺重量减轻,颌下腺指数较正常对照组减少(P<0.05),增液润燥汤组、环戊硫酮组小鼠的颌下腺指数较模型组提高,但不具有统计学意义。病理切片显示增液润燥汤组颌下腺导管周围仅有少量散在单个淋巴细胞浸润,未见腺泡及导管结构破坏。结论:增液润燥汤能明显改善干燥综合征小鼠唾液流率,增加唾液分泌。其作用机制可能通过对颌下腺组织的保护作用,抑制颌下腺的破坏,减轻免疫炎症反应实现的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Zengyin Runzao Decoction on salivary gland in mice with induced Sjogren’s syndrome, and to establish a mouse model of induced Sjogren’s syndrome by injecting pertussis vaccine + complete Freund’s adjuvant + allogeneic submandibular gland antigen , Giving Chinese herbal medicine to increase liquid and moistening soup, and observing its influence on salivary flow rate, submandibular gland index and histological changes of glands by using cyclopentanthione control. Results: Compared with the model group, the salivary flow rate in the model group was increased (P <0.05). The salivary flow rate in the model group was significantly higher than that in the model group Significant differences. The submandibular gland weight and the submandibular gland index in the model group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.05). The submandibular gland index of the model group was higher than that of the model group, but not statistically significant. Pathological sections showed that there was only a small amount of scattered single lymphocyte infiltration around the submandibular gland duct of the liquid of increasing fluid and moistening group, and no acinar and ductal structure destruction were observed. CONCLUSION: ZYLR can significantly improve the salivary flow rate and salivary secretion of mice with Sjogren’s syndrome. The mechanism may be through the submandibular gland tissue protection, inhibition of submandibular gland destruction, reduce immune and inflammatory response achieved.
