Traditional Chinese medicine is generally used in the form of medicine compatibility in numerous Chinese herbal compounds, which works by the multicomponent interaction essentially.Recent researches about the metabolism of Chinese herbal compounds mostly contained single compound or several representative compounds.These cant reflect the actual metabolism of Chinese herbal compounds in vivo.So it is inevitable to study the multicomponent interaction in order to explore their absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion.The intestinal flora plays an important role in the metabolism of Chinese herbal compounds administered orally.
