Uniaxially oriented ECTFE fibers were prepared by the melt spinning method using poly(ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene) (ECTFE) as the fiber-forming polymer.The crystal structure of the prepared fibers were analyzed by XRD.The crystal indices of equatorial and meridianal diffraction peaks were calibrated.The crystal lattice constant was calculated.Results show that: The uniaxially oriented ECTFE has favourable crystallization property.The crystalline structure belongs to hexagonal system with a=b=0.57nm, c=1.09nm.
