Plant biomass is an important resource for energy,food and useful chemicals due to its abundance in nature and renewable character [1].Lignin is one of the plant biomass that protects trees against chemical and biological attack [2].Nowadays,these kinds of materials are increasing interest in the improvement of quality of life that lead to eco-friendly technology demands.Basically it is widely used in public place,hospital and so on with antibiotic characteristics.Antibiotic activities of lignin have been reported [3,4].However,there are no uniform values for molecular.weight [5].Since antibiotics are generally considered to be organic compounds of low molecular weight [6],we have to get a lignin of low molecular weight.
